A refundable security deposit is authorized (not charged) against your payment method. Authorizing a deposit is not collecting rent. Amount, timing, and coverage window are disclosed here before you continue.

Late return, fuel, cleaning, and replacement fees follow our published schedule and are only assessed against documented incidentals at return.

The damage waiver is a non-refundable, non-insurance product that caps your liability for accidental damage. It is declinable if you carry your own applicable insurance; declining it does not affect your ability to rent.

I acknowledge the rental agreement's liability waiver and assumption-of-risk terms. This booking-time acknowledgment is enforced by the eligibility chain again at pickup.

If you purchase a protection add-on, claims arising from damage or loss are adjudicated by the external protection provider, not by this business.

Participant / rider profile

Used where an exact date of birth is not collected.

e.g. 5'10" or 178cm, used for gear sizing.

Required for minors: a guardian must sign and be present.

I have read and agree to the liability waiver and assumption-of-risk agreement for this participant. The waiver-not-insurance distinction has been explained to me and I understand it is declinable where a separate protection product is offered.

Some states require additional steps before a boater credential is accepted: Oregon boater education checklist, Georgia 16+ video and orientation, New York livery instruction.

First-class partial return: returnedQuantity/missingQuantity are derived from these lines.
